Tickets for Accessible Seating
Availability of tickets for accessible seating include but are not limited to people who: use wheelchairs, are blind or visually impaired or who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Tickets can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at (414) 273-2600 (voice) or email us at ADATicketRequest@summerfest.com. Online ordering of accessible seating is also available through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com.
- Accessible Front row seats available to allow for an equal accommodation
- Accessible seats available in the lower bowl seating area and at the back of the bleachers
- Accessible ramps to access the seating bowl are on the north and south sides of the venue
- The lower seating bowl has cup holders and a limited number of distanced traveled aisle seats are available with a flip-up armrest to allow for easy access
- All aisle seats in the bleachers offer distanced traveled accessibility with no armrest obstructions

Ticket Fraud Disclaimer
Ticket Fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or the production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to any event. We consider ticket fraud to be extremely serious and will take appropriate action to prevent such usage. Guests holding fraudulent tickets or misrepresenting a disability in an attempt to purchase ADA designated seats are subject to ejection without reimbursement or restoration and may be subject to legal action.

BMO Pavilion Sign Language Interpreter
Upon request, Sign language interpreters can be provided for specific performances. To secure an interpreter and facilitate materials/lyrics from the artist, Individuals must give two week’s advanced notice (MWF will still try to fulfill late requests). Wheelchair Rental
A limited number of wheelchairs may be rented for a minimal charge (with a valid form of ID), for concerts at the BMO Pavilion during Summerfest. Wheelchair rental stations are located on the festival grounds at the North Gate, Mid Gate, and South Gate. Please note, for each wheelchair space purchased by a disabled individual, three additional (“companion”) seats in the same row, contiguous with the wheelchair space shall be made available for purchase (provided they are available at the time of purchase).
For any shows taking place outside of Summerfest dates there will be volunteers only at the South gate to assist with checking out wheelchairs.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available to the south of the venue adjacent to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Additionally, accessible restrooms are available on the north side of the venue at the South Restroom Pavilion during Summerfest.
Parking and Loading Zones
Designated accessible parking spaces are located at the front Summerfest lots. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or a permit to park in accessible spaces. Accessible parking spaces are available in Lot H. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or permits to park inaccessible spaces. Show your valid Lot P parking pass and appropriate permit/plates to the attendant for access to Lot H, please note that lots fill up quickly. All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes can be purchased online at the Summerfest store.
Passengers in personal vehicles can be dropped-off / picked-up at the South Gate. Paratransit eligible riders interested in attending the event can contact Transdev to set up a ride by calling: 414-817-9860.
